OPERATIONS

  1. To carry out the works as per the directive of their direct superior / concerned HOD in a timely manner.
  2. Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
  3. Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
  4. Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
  5. Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
  6. Act as point of contact to welcome visitors at the office
  7. Assists with the preparation of documents such as letters, memos, forms, minutes, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
  8. Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clerical experience preferred.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
