OPERATIONS
- To carry out the works as per the directive of their direct superior / concerned HOD in a timely manner.
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Act as point of contact to welcome visitors at the office
- Assists with the preparation of documents such as letters, memos, forms, minutes, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Delivers or receives documents or packages as needed from different addresses/sites.
- Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
- Additional responsibility assigned within the scope of work.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the QOHS MS.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Clerical experience preferred.
- Preferred driver’s license holder
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in both Malay and English preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
